At KippoLicense, we believe in being transparent and straightforward with our clients. In order to maintain clarity and consistency in our services, we have implemented the following strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy.
We urge all customers to review their purchases carefully before completing the transaction. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Cancellation Policy
cPanel License Services:
- Once a license is activated and issued, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstance.
Recurring Services:
- Cancellations of service renewals (including cPanel license renewals or related add-ons) must be made at least seven (7) business days prior to the renewal date.
- Cancellation requests received after this period will apply to the next billing cycle.
Promotional/Discounted Services:
- All services purchased during promotional periods, special offers, or discounts are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Automatic Renewals:
- All services are set to auto-renew by default. If you do not wish to continue with a service, you must cancel it through the client portal before the renewal date.
Right to Cancel:
- KippoLicense reserves the right to cancel any account or service at any time, with or without notice. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Refund Policy
KippoLicense does not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Service dissatisfaction
- Inactivity or non-use of services
- Technical incompatibility on the client’s end
We emphasize that all sales are final, and all services are provided “as-is” once delivered or activated.
