2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under Indian law to use our services. If you order on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business to these terms.
3. What we sell
We are an independent reseller of third-party web hosting software licenses, including cPanel & WHM and LiteSpeed Web Server. We are not the developer or owner of this software. All product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
- Each license is also governed by the software vendor's own end user license agreement (EULA) and policies. By buying a license, you agree to comply with the vendor's terms.
- Plan features, limits (such as accounts, worker processes or RAM) and server-type availability (such as Cloud/VPS or Dedicated) are defined by the vendor and shown on each product page.
- Vendors may change their products, features, licensing rules or prices. Where a vendor price change affects your plan, we may update our prices with prior notice as described in section 6.
4. Your account
You must provide accurate, complete and current information when you register and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your client area login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Orders and activation
- An order is confirmed only after we receive full payment.
- Each license is bound to the public IP address you provide. You are responsible for entering the correct IP address and choosing the correct plan and server type.
- Most licenses are activated soon after payment is confirmed, but some can take up to 7 business days, depending on the vendor. Activation times are estimates and are not guaranteed. A delay in activation within this period is not a reason for a refund.
- We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example if we suspect fraud or misuse.
6. Pricing, billing and taxes
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are billed monthly in advance.
- Goods and Services Tax (GST) and any other applicable taxes will be charged in addition to the listed price where applicable, and shown on your invoice. Business customers may provide a valid GSTIN to receive a GST invoice.
- Licenses renew automatically each month until cancelled. Invoices are generated before the renewal date and must be paid by the due date.
- We may change prices by giving you at least 15 days' notice by email or in the client area. The new price applies from your next billing period.
- Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full card or bank details.
7. Late payment and suspension
If a renewal invoice is not paid by its due date, the license may be suspended or cancelled at the vendor level without further notice. Reactivating a cancelled license may require a new order.
8. IP address changes
You may request a change of the licensed IP address through the client area. IP changes are subject to the vendor's rules and may be limited in frequency. A license may only be used on one server at a time.
9. Cancellation
You may cancel a license at any time from the client area. Cancellation stops future renewals. The license stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Payments already made are not refundable. See our Refund policy.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use a license on more servers than it allows, or share, resell or sublicense it without our written consent;
- attempt to bypass, crack, modify or tamper with license verification;
- use the software or our services for any unlawful purpose, including activities prohibited under the Information Technology Act, 2000;
- provide false information or make payments using means you are not authorised to use;
- breach the software vendor's EULA or usage policies.
If you breach this section, we may suspend or terminate your licenses and account immediately, without a refund. The vendor may also revoke licenses for misuse.
11. Support
We provide support for license activation, installation and IP changes. Support for the software itself may be limited, and some issues may need to be escalated to the vendor. We do not provide general server administration unless agreed separately.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
Licenses and software are provided by their vendors "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the software's performance, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We are not responsible for vendor outages, licensing server downtime, or changes made by the vendor.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of data, revenue, profits or business. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected license in the one month before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses or costs arising from your breach of these terms, the vendor's EULA, or applicable law, or from the content and services you run on your servers.
15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or licenses if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or if required by the vendor, law or a government authority. You may close your account at any time by cancelling all active licenses.
16. Privacy
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.
17. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, network or power failures, vendor outages, government action or other force majeure events.
18. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove any part of these terms at any time, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Changes take effect as soon as the updated version is posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Please check this page regularly. Continuing to use our services after changes are posted means you accept them.
19. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. You agree to first contact us to try to resolve any dispute informally. Subject to that, the courts at Ashoknagar, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not affect any rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
